Frédérique Nahmani, founder

Frederique is the founder of Out of Line Consulting, working at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and human interaction.

A graduate of Columbia Business School and Sciences Po Paris, she began her career in international strategy and consulting, working with companies including Liberty Global, RadicalMedia, and Johannes Leonardo. Alongside her consulting work, she teaches leadership, management, and negotiation at Sciences Po Paris and Reims, and mentors entrepreneurs at Station F.

Her practice is deeply informed by her background as a professional actress, trained at the Actors Studio in New York, and by ongoing work with leading acting coaches including Larry Moss, Patsy Rodenburg, and Tom Radcliffe. This experience shapes her approach to presence, communication, and real-time interaction in leadership and teams.

She has performed extensively in London, Paris, and New York, and produced award-winning stage and film projects, including Off-Broadway and West End productions.

She is based in Paris and works with clients across Europe and the United States.
